What does Cleo’s Shop offer?

How can I choose the right size?

We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Compare your measurements to the guide before ordering. If you’re unsure or between sizes, email us; we’re happy to help you pick the best fit.

Do you offer free trials or samples?

Not at this time. However, our product descriptions, size guides, and styling tips help you make confident decisions. Plus, our return policy ensures that you can return items if they don’t meet your expectations.

Are your products covered under warranty?

We don’t offer a formal warranty. But if you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us and we’ll review it for a replacement or return according to our return policy. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Can I track my order?

Currently, tracking through UPS is not set up, but you’ll receive email updates about your order status and shipping confirmation.

Can I change my delivery address after shipment?

Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address, contact us before the order is dispatched, and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my order is canceled?

If an order is canceled after confirmation, we’ll email you immediately with the reason and any next steps, including refund processing if applicable.

What if my item is damaged during transit?

Email us within 3–5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review your request and arrange a return or refund according to our return policy.

How do I use gift cards, store credits, or coupon codes?

Simply enter your code in the “Discount” or “Gift Card” box at checkout. The total will automatically update to reflect the discount or credit. (Feature coming soon)

What are the care instructions for Cleo’s Shop items?

  • Most garments: Professional dry cleaning recommended
  • Some durable or lighter fabrics: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and tumble drying
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; use padded hangers or garment bags when needed

Can I return an item?

Yes! You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • There are no makeup stains, perfume, or damage

Non-returnable items: Final sale, clearance, intimate wear, accessories, gift cards, or promotional items

Shipping for returns is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, we currently do not offer exchanges. You can return an item and place a new order instead.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

You can join a waitlist or subscribe to restock notifications (coming soon) to be notified when the item returns. Our team can also suggest similar styles that capture the same look, fabric, or silhouette.

Are Cleo’s Shop items expensive or uncomfortable?

Not at all! A common myth is that elegance has to be costly or uncomfortable. At Cleo’s Shop, we believe style should feel effortless — beautiful, comfortable, and timeless.
