By placing an order on Cleo’s Shop, you agree to these billing terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept Credit and Debit Cards. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. Your payment information is never stored on our servers, keeping your personal and financial data safe.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Cleo’s Shop to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if payment authorization cannot be completed successfully.
Billing Information
You must provide accurate billing details, including your name, billing address, email, and payment information. Orders with incomplete or incorrect billing information may be delayed or canceled.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable sales tax or other taxes will be added automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.

Order Confirmation

Refunds and Cancellations

Payment Disputes
All disputes related to billing should first be reported to Cleo’s Shop. We will attempt to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Disputes may also be resolved through Shopify’s payment dispute process if necessary.

Cleo’s Shop reserves the right to update or modify these billing terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our store after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
