Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days after your package has been delivered.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled/refunded/within 30 minutes of purchase

How to Return an Item

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide clear instructions if your return is eligible.
  3. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging. Please ensure there are no makeup stains, perfume, or damage.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll also receive an email confirming the refund.

Important Things to Know

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can return items and place a new order if needed.
  • Return Window: All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain quality and hygiene, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate wear (lingerie, bodysuits)
  • Accessories (earrings, belts, etc.)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The item is marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • The product shows signs of use, stains, or alterations

Refund Exceptions

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly
